Fresh out of Michigan State, I was given the opportunity to work at a Fortune 500 food company. Eager to learn, I seized every chance I could get my hands on. I loved what I did… until I didn’t.
Three years in I realized something was missing. I couldn’t justify being part of a company that prioritized the bottom line over the consumer. I felt like a cog in a wheel — one that would keep turning with or without me.
So, I took a leap of faith and started a new family — one I’m proud to call the Feel Fam.
My plan was simple, I wanted to create a snack people truly deserved: unmatched ingredients with a purpose. Something they could feel great about, both mentally and physically.
The journey proved to be challenging. During COVID, I spent three long years in my mom’s kitchen perfecting my recipe, going to farmers markets, and gaining the love and support of locals — until it stuck.
I called it The Feel Bar, and our slogan was "Healthy brain, happy stomach" — we prioritized using adaptogens and gut-friendly ingredients, something that was previously missing from the market.
Three years and 10,000 handmade bars later, I had saved enough money to hire a few employees and partner with a co-manufacturer to help with production. I was living and breathing the business — I felt unstoppable.
I remember it like it was yesterday — summer of 2024. My former business partner called me on a Sunday afternoon. It started with, “I’m not happy…” My heart sank. He was a close friend and was instrumental in operations. But he gave me an ultimatum, and I made the tough decision to cut the cord.
It was sink or swim. If I wanted to make this work, I had to take massive ownership — so that’s exactly what I did. My philosophy moving forward was simple: go with the willing. I focused my time on finding A-players who shared my vision.
One year later, we’ve sold over 1 million Feel Bars and are on track for global distribution. I owe everything to the man upstairs, my parents for being my rock through the tough times, and my unstoppable team of all-stars I’m proud to call the Feel Fam.

From my crazy Italian family to yours, prepare to feel the difference...
