I took an opportunity out of college to work at Kellogg, a known CPG giant. I worked closely with food developers and scientists to help bring products to life. The experience was invaluable, I was drawn into the process of creating food for people to enjoy.
One year into my journey (2019) I started to recognize this trend around functional nutrition in plant based foods. It was around that time I decided to take a deep dive into health and wellness, really familiarizing myself with what a clean ingredient profile actually looked like. I quickly learned that it was corporation over customer, the wellbeing of consumers took a backseat while the bottom line took priority.
I'm talking of course about the processed foods in our diet causing allergy sensitivities and inflammation in the people we love. I wanted to flip the script and create something 100% clean label with functional benefits. I wanted people to feel the difference.
So I got familiar with functional medicine and the discovered some incredible benefits these super-herbs and adaptogens provided in my daily routine. In conjunction with a whole food, phytonutrient rich diet, I found these foods to put my body in a peak physical state.

The Feel Bar was born.
